    The Grossglockner is much more beautiful without Fog and Rain, but there is also much more Tourism at better Conditions. By the way, we here in Austria just call it the "Glockner" because "Gross" means Big, and we ain't got no small one, so you can spare it! Will be easier to pronounce for English speakers. 😉
    I've never been to Romania but the Transfagarasan looks great! Thanks for the tip, I'll set it on my List!

    Agree on the Transfagarasan, but the road surface quality can be very poor in places. OK, but can be risky if you're pushing on (pot-holes, gravel on corners, etc). Foolishly missed the Transalpina, despite traversing much of Romania… It's a great country to explore and I will certainly return one day! Thanks.
