Haha being from the Isle of Skye, it's totally stupid to call the fairy pools a "hike". There is however the Skye trail which could definitely be on the list.
Tour du Mont Blanc=stunning. Every inch of it an amazing journey. It’s basically the John Muir Trail of Europe, but with lovely accommodations and food never more than an hour or two apart. As good as it gets.
I agree about the West Highland Way, Tour du Mont Blanc, but I must say you completely missed it regarding the Isle of Skye! The Skye trail is about 80 miles and takes a week to complete with high point being the famous "Trotternish ridge" with 1750m of cumulative ascents and the best views all around over the isle
The best hike in Europe is England Coast to Coast. St. Bee's Head to Robin Hood's Bay. You can include an extra day for Hadrian's Wall. I also think that the Haute Route is top notch. And the Dolomites in Italy are wonderful, better weather, friendlier people, and good food. You could also include the Cotswalds.
If you ever considering going hiking in Northern Sweden, don't. Watch The Ritual on Netflix and reconsider your choices. Southern Sweden is better, no?

You could easily have added Kungsleden in Sweden, 400 km of some of the most beautiful nature in Scandinavia
Madeira island can’t be missed! Amazing hikes!
I’ve been to the fairy pools and they are gorgeous but make sure to go in August because it’s too cold to go swimming the rest of the year
You picked the most known places not best places. Carpathian/Tatra mountains, Sudeten, Austrian alps, this is what I like.
Wales is the place
